The journey of Sipek Design began with Milan Sipek and his wife Sherrill. The company was founded with the goal of architectural designs, expanding soon after to include projects such as furniture collections, glassware and other products.

After its years in Shanghai, Sipek Design returned to Europe to stay close to the Sipek family and complete its identity as a multi-talented team.

In the rolling hills of northern Bohemia, an area known for its crystal, lies Nový Bor, the capital of crystal production in the Czech Republic. Over more than 200 years a tradition of handmade crystal has taken root here, kept alive by generations of crystal masters. Šípek Crystal is part of that tradition. With three generations of renowned crystal designers, the Šípek team has worked with glassblowers loyal to it for more than thirty years. Šípek Crystal is known for its attention to detail and its pursuit of new techniques. A design team led by Milan Šípek and Dalibor Šípek creates innovative, unique handmade crystal art, as well as functional glassware for the home.

These paintings are a collaboration pioneered by artist Milan Sipek. His partners in this endeavour are virtual reality and the machine that turns the vision into reality. Each piece is a captured moment in an ever-expanding process, where the mind of the man guides the metal instruments that dance to each instruction. A ballet captured in paint, each step composed in tandem, its context gently phrased in text to leave space for its performance.
